Limited Warranty Terms

Moonlight Haze products are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.

Optional Warranty Extension

Customers may extend this warranty to a total of 12 months by registering their product on our website within 30 days of purchase. Registration is free and optional.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

Faulty zippers, closures and locks

Defects in stitching or construction

Manufacturing issues affecting normal use

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, fading)

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

Modifications or repairs not authorized by Moonlight Haze

Odor retention resulting from improper use or maintenance

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

Proof of purchase

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the defect

If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable item.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Moonlight Haze. We do not offer any other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

Moonlight Haze is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
